From 2011-2013, I coordinated the development and implementation of the E-Commerce channel for a direct selling beauty CPG that had brick-and-mortar operations. I worked closely with many team members including Sales, PR, Brand, Marketing, IT, Operations, and Supply Chain.
In order to align with the biweekly production cycle of the eBrochure, my team was responsible for product data and merchandising in the online ordering channel. I also coordinated E-Commerce operations for merchandising, inventory management, warehousing, merchant accounts, payment processing, and shipping.
