Business Process Analyst

I have an urgent need for a Business Process Analyst to work at the Avon Head Office in Makati City. You have to have excellent communication and analytical skills as you will be in charge of documenting various business processes and suggesting process improvements. That essentially means you get to collaborate with the different departments and also work independently. Your experience in business process analysis or consulting will be useful. You have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, IT/Computer Science or a related field.

UI/UX/Web Designer/Editor

As the Web Designer/Editor, you will create and update marketing and instructional content for Avon’s Representative-facing website. You create and edit artwork and upload content using a content management system.
You have an understanding of best practices in user experience design, communications, and user engagement.
You have strong editorial and visual instincts, and are experienced in producing web content (copy, graphics, and/or rich media).
Required Skills: Web design tools and techniques (Adobe Creative Suite), Microsoft Office applications.
Nice-to-have: Screencasting or video production and blogging know-how

Business Applications Analyst/Developer

Business Application Analyst / Developer is responsible for analyzing end user requirements, technical design, development, unit testing, and documentation. He or she works closely with end users to understand their business needs. The position will also be involved in User Acceptance Testing until project/request implementation and provide 2nd level technical support to ITS Service Desk and Data Center Operations.

Requirements:
Working knowledge in using MS SQL, Oracle, and analyzer tools.
Minimum of 1 year experience in any 4GL or object-oriented development tool or equivalent. Experience in using CASE and testing / QA tools is preferred, though not required.
Working knowledge in .Net, C# or VB.Net in developing web and forms based applications.
Working knowledge of quality assurance and testing methods.
Working knowledge of end-user computing tools – personal productivity, e-mail, and data access and analysis software
Database administration is an advantage but not required
Experience in on call technical support a plus but not required
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s/College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
At least 3-7 years of experience is required for this position
