Just to add, Filipino commuters are what you can call hard nosed travelers. We should have our own modus of traveling about. Saw a nice article on http://www.travelhqr.com and it touches on frugality of traveling. Would be a nice read. Enjoy!

I remember when the fare was only 75 cents. What a long way or how fast the prices have gone up. I work in the CBD and it takes me forever to get there. I deal in PC's. Can I recommend a software you might want to check out? Its called CopyOracle . Thanks!!

I discovered you from the TDC. I just signed up a few days ago and am going through the presessions – I have lots of cataching up to do. At this point, I'm not sure I will continue because I have earmarked another training at the same time already. Also, am not still sure which of my ideas/business/websites I will use for it, so pardon the lack of entry under the website right now. But we'll see how it goes.

I am one of those Filipinos who have gone abroad. I have no apologies for that – that's just what it is.

Anyhow, when we moved in 2003, gas price I think was P23 (not sure because I had company gas allowance). When we visited back in 2005, I can't remember the price but I remember that the jeepney fare was P5 then. Then now, it is P61. Wow…this makes cash management even more important and I'm glad this is your topic – you can help a lot of our kababayans! Keep up the good work.
